I cracked my iPhone screen and made contact regarding repair via e-mail. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within one hour.

I later telephoned to further explain that I would have a friend drop it off for repair as he was travelling to Toronto in a few days. Ash was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and assured me that it would be repaired in under an hour.

[Big smile] My LCD on my BB Bold was cracked and my service provider wouldnt help. I found TechKnow Space on the internet and travelled from Peterborough to Toronto just to see if they could help me. When I arrived they didnt have the part that I needed, So I trusted them and left them my beloved BB and went back to Peterborough. They were great at keeping in touch with me while there were delays with receiving the shipments with my specific part and I received my phone by mail the very next day after the part was received. Ash and the staff at TechKnow Space saved my phone and my sanity!!!

My blackberry trackball broke a week after my warranty expired, and Rogers wanted to charge me close to $500 for a new blackberry. I brought the blackberry to TechKnow Space and within a minute they had installed a new trackball, and I had saved over 90% of what I would have paid Rogers. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend this company.

My success story with this company happened Sept 2 2008, I unfortunately broke the LCD on my HTC TYTN and didnt know what to do, I found the website and was put in contact with Ash and his team. Upon visiting the repair facility I was treated as #1 priority, within 1.5 hrs I was on my way with a fully functioning phone, and eventhough there was some problems with the new screen that caused the repair to take longer than expected, the bill for the repair was as was quoted before the repair. At the present time my phone is acting up again, if I decide to repair, there is only one place that will receive my business, that is Ash and his team, where customer satisfaction is still front and centre

Wow, what great service. I showed up to have my iPhone 3G LCD replaced. By the time they had my information for the work order the tech was back with my phone repaired. They did a great job, the phone is as good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to take anything to them for repair or recommend them.

My son uses a lap top to do his school work because he has a learning disability. The screen was damaged (but there was no visible scars to the lap top). Best Buy said $600 plus it is not covered on the deluxe warranty I bought (and it would take 3 weeks). TechKnow did it for less than 1/2 of that. Plus it was quick (on the spot). They were kind and friendly. A very enjoyable experience. [Big smile]
